Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • In a large skillet, melt butter. Add the mushrooms, lemon juice and
