Simple Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add the mushrooms, lemon juice and soy sauce. Saute for 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
1 serving equals 132 calories, 12 g fat (7 g saturated fat), 31 mg cholesterol, 350 mg sodium, 5 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 4 g protein.
