- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- In a large skillet, melt butter. Add the mushrooms, lemon juice and soy sauce. Saute for 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Yield: 4 servings.

We absolutely loved this side dish! Make sure to use low-sodium soy sauce because the regular kind makes it too salty.
This was an excellent recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe specify and pour it over grilled steaks. I will make this dish again and recommend it to anyone who love mushrooms.
