Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Nutritional Facts

1 each: 132 calories, 12g fat (7g saturated fat), 31mg cholesterol, 350mg sodium, 5g carbohydrate (2g sugars, 1g fiber), 4g protein.

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add the mushrooms, lemon juice and soy sauce. Saute for 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
