- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a small bowl or a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; mix or shake well. Serve over ribs, chicken, pork or ham or use as a marinade. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 1-3/4 cups.
