Ingredients

  • 1 package (2 ounces) reduced-fat ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise

Nutritional Facts

One 2-tablespoon serving equals 26 calories, 0.55 g fat (0 saturated fat), 4 mg cholesterol, 263 mg sodium, 4 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 Free Food.

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Cover and chill. Serve over salad greens. Keep refrigerated. Yield: 2 cups.
