- 1/2 pound fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- Place the broccoli and 1 in. of water in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt and thyme. Drain broccoli; toss with oil mixture. Yield: 4 servings.

"This was good but the lemon and thyme flavors were very subtle - I might try it again sometime and double those ingredients. I used margarine rather than olive oil so that may have made a difference taste wise."
