- 12 to 14 small red potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Peel a strip from around each potato. Place potatoes in an ungreased 3-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the oil, butter and seasonings; drizzle over potatoes.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350°, for 50-55 minutes or until tender, stirring every 15 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.

don't like red potatoes much ,but i will say these were really good ,excellent flavor .will be making again.
My family and I loved this! The only thing I did do differently is I boiled the potatoes for about 10 minutes before putting them in the oven, then baked them for about 35 minutes and put them under the broiler to finish them for 5 minutes. Sped up the cooking time a little and made them soft on the inside, and a little crisp on the out! Sooo delicious!
My most favorite way to make red potatoes! The only thing I do different is quarter the potatoes instead of peeling.
These potatoes were so cute and yummy! The whole family loved them. Next time though I'll cut back on the oil, they were a bit greasy.
