Scalloped Potatoes au Gratin

 Scalloped Potatoes au Gratin

  • 2 cups thinly sliced peeled potatoes (about 2 large)
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • Dash each salt, pepper and ground nutmeg
