Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 4 cups cubed bread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, butter and milk. Stir in pineapple with juice; fold in bread cubes. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish.
  2. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer inserted in the center reads 160°, 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
