Sauteed Corn with Cheddar Recipe
My husband only likes this kind of corn, so I make this about once a week. Plus, it's so easy that anyone could make this in a jiffy!
- 1-1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1. In a small skillet, saute the corn, salt and pepper in butter until tender. Stir in cheese. Yield: 2 servings.
3/4 cup equals 309 calories, 19 g fat (13 g saturated fat), 60 mg cholesterol, 447 mg sodium, 27 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 13 g protein.
