"I wanted eggs in mine so I scrambled 12 eggs and put a layer of eggs on top of the sausage and under the top layer of potato mix. I also lightened it by using light cream of chicken soup, light sour cream, and reduced fat cheese. It looked a lot like the pic and is a definite keeper here."

"Made this for my hubby's immediate family Christmas Eve morning and everyone said how much they all loved it! my inlaws wanted the leftovers! Also, I had to find some breakfast casserole that didn't contain egg (hard to come by!) since my niece is HIGHLY allergic to egg and this recipe sounded and was great! I also did substitute the cream of chicken soup for the cream of mushoom soup and it was yummy! Definitely a must to make again!"
