- 1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated breadstick dough
- 12 smoked sausage links or hot dogs
- Separate the dough into 12 strips; unroll and wrap one strip around each sausage. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Yield: 1 dozen.

"When you need a kid pleasing, super simple, super quick dinner on the table, this is perfect. It's really a no brainer, but they're SO good. I haven't tried it with sausages (like bratwurst or the like) yet, but I plan to. I used hot dogs, and wrapped them in crescent roll dough, just because that's what I already had in the fridge. Serve it up with your favorite dipping sauce, and some french fries and watch the smiles! You could also serve this for breakfast/brunch alongside some eggs like the photo shows."
"I used hot dogs and served this for lunch. I had to adjust the recipe only because my Walmart didn't have the Pillsbury breadsticks. I used the seamless dough sheet and cut it into strips to wrap around the hot dogs. I used a pizza cutter to cut the sheet and it worked perfectly. There was plenty to wrap 8 dogs and could probably have done 10. A quick easy lunch that was devoured! Will definitely be making this again."
