Ingredients

  • 1 package (4.4 ounces) jalapeno jack pasta mix
  • 1/2 pound smoked sausage, chopped
  • 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

Nutritional Facts

1-1/3 cup: 515 calories, 27g fat (12g saturated fat), 66mg cholesterol, 1422mg sodium, 45g carbohydrate (7g sugars, 5g fiber), 21g protein .

Directions

  1. Prepare the pasta mix according to package directions. Stir in sausage and black beans; heat through. Yield: 3 servings.
