Saucy Apple Pork Chops Recipe

Publisher Photo
"My mother gave me the recipe for these juicy pork chops oven-baked in a slightly sweet sauce," writes Amy Church of Camby, Indiana. This effortless entree is a snap to prepare and a tempting way to use up leftover applesauce.

Very good and easy as well. I will definitely make again but I think I will cut the sugar down as it is a little sweet for me.

Pretty quick and easy. (But if you leave 'em I the oven longer - re-covering them with the applesauce/juice periodically, so they don't dry out - they do get more tender.)

I made it for two so only used two boneless chops in a 8 x 8 dish and it turned out very good.
