Salmon with Honey Pecan Sauce

 Salmon with Honey Pecan Sauce

  • 4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat butter


  • Place salmon skin side down on a broiler pan; sprinkle with seasoned
  • salt and pepper. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 7-9 minutes or
  • until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook the pecans, honey and butter
  • over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with
  • salmon. Yield: 4 servings.
