- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup raisins
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and peanut butter. Stir in carrots
- and raisins. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 3-4
