Salad with Carrots Recipe
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and peanut butter. Stir in carrots and raisins. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 3-4 servings.

"My family has made this for generations and it is always welcomed!! I've NEVER seen it anyplace else. All shredded carrot salads always seem to have pineapple or at least pineapple juice and no peanut butter. I made this for a salad with a dinner, when I was first married. A few days later, we had dinner with one of my cousin's families. My cousin asked my new husband how married life was treating him.
