Salad with Carrots Recipe

- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and peanut butter. Stir in carrots and raisins. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 3-4 servings.
1 serving (1/2 cup) equals 241 calories, 19 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 7 mg cholesterol, 158 mg sodium, 17 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 3 g protein.
