Salad with Carrots Recipe
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup raisins
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and peanut butter. Stir in carrots and raisins. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Yield: 3-4 servings.

My husband and I loved this recipe at lunch today. I added three stalk parts of broccoli (chopped) and used the amounts for the other ingredients. It was sooo good and I'll be making it often.
This is delicious!!! My husband and I enjoyed this for lunch today. I added three diced stalks (only the stalk part) of broccoli and the same amount of the other ingredients. Will be taking this to pot lucks, also. I couldn't imagine it being sooo good before tasting it.
