- 1-2/3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 cups Golden Grahams
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips and oil, uncovered, at 50% power for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in cereal until blended; fold in marshmallows. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until firm. Yield: 2-1/2 dozen.
