"Brighten a Valentine's Day breakfast with this delicious cherry sauce on French toast, pancakes or waffles," recommends Edie DeSpain of Logan, Utah. With a hint of cranberry flavor, the mixture also is nice served over ham, pork or chicken.

"I looked at this recipe and thought it sounded too sweet, but I went out and bought the ingredients anyway. I made pancakes for myself and my daughter and it was DELICIOUS! Not too sweet at all. I did use reduced calorie pie filling and low sugar orange juice. I'm already thinking of what I can use the remainder of the sauce on... ice cream, pound cake, etc."
