Let these bake while you are making the rest of dinner. They're a fun way to dress up a bagged salad or canned soup.
- 1 cup shredded Romano cheese
- On baking sheets, sprinkle 1 tablespoon Romano cheese into a 3-in. circle; repeat 15 times to make 16 crisps. Bake at 300° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 8 servings.
