Roasted Mixed Nuts Recipe
- 1 pound mixed nuts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1. In a bowl, combine the nuts and maple syrup; mix well. Sprinkle with brown sugar and salad dressing mix; stir gently to coat. Spread in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 300° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 3 cups.

"10/01 I'm looking for a plain roasted nut recipe. No spices, no sweetner. I want to just roast nuts, either peanuts, pecans or walnuts. Can anyone help me. My parents used to roast raw peanuts when I was a child, but I don't know the oven temperture setting or how many minutes. I do know how to roast peanuts in the shell.
