  • 1 pound fresh carrots, cut into 1/2-inch sticks
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • Place carrots in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
  • Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt; toss to coat. Bake,
  • uncovered, at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • Yield: 5 servings.
