  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 6 thin slices deli roast beef


  • 1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, garlic and ginger until blended. Spread over beef slices; roll up.
  • 2. Wrap each in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-in. slices. Yield: 4 dozen.
