  • 10 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 8 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper


  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the radishes, onions and parsley. In another bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients. Pour over radish mixture and toss to coat. Yield: 4 servings.
