Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons white baking chips

  • 2. Fill paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 375° for 22-26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm. Yield: 6 muffins.
Editor's Note: If using frozen blueberries, use without thawing to avoid discoloring the batter.
