"This simple smoothie is a nutritious choice for kids on the go," relates Heather Mate' of Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. Raspberries and banana give the not-too-sweet sipper its pleasant flavor.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 5 min. YIELD:3 servings


  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup raspberry yogurt


  • 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
