- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
