Raspberry Smoothies Recipe
"This simple smoothie is a nutritious choice for kids on the go," relates Heather Mate' of Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. Raspberries and banana give the not-too-sweet sipper its pleasant flavor.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.

why does every raspberry smoothie call for bananas! this recipe tastes great without the banana...enjoy
