Raspberry Lemon Trifles Recipe
- 1-1/4 cups prepared vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup lemon curd
- 3 cups fresh raspberries
- 1. In a small bowl, combine pudding and lemon curd. Spoon 2 tablespoons pudding mixture into each of four wine glasses or dessert dishes; sprinkle each with 1/4 cup raspberries. Repeat layers twice. Chill until serving. Yield: 4 servings.

"I had to substitute so many things its not a fair review but here we go! I used strawberries since I couldn't get to the store for raspberries. I used lemon pie filling as the store didn't have curd. I added chunks of leftover cupcakes. Well it was good and I will use rasberries if I can get to Sams in time. I'd also like to try it with banana pie filling and bananas, for a quick banana pudding dessert."
