  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
  • Vanilla ice cream


  • In a blender, combine the raspberries, sugar and extract; cover and
  • process on high until smooth. Strain and discard seeds. Serve
  • raspberry sauce over ice cream. Yield: 2/3 cup.
