Raspberry Cider Recipe
Here's a refreshing cooler for a late-summer afternoon. The cider is so pretty in a clear sparkling glass!--Pat McIlrath, Grinnell, Iowa
- 1 pint (2 cups) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 4 cups apple cider
- Mint sprigs, optional
- 1. In a bowl, crush berries. Add cider and mix well. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Chill. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired. Yield: about 5 cups.
