  • 1 pint (2 cups) fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • Mint sprigs, optional

1 cup: 120 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0mg cholesterol, 20mg sodium, 30g carbohydrate (23g sugars, 3g fiber), trace protein


  1. In a bowl, crush berries. Add cider and mix well. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Chill. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired. Yield: about 5 cups.
