  • 2/3 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onion tops

2 tablespoons: 23 calories, 0 fat (0 saturated fat), 1mg cholesterol, 107mg sodium, 1g carbohydrate (0 sugars, 0 fiber), 3g protein.


  1. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, milk, vinegar and garlic until smooth. Add onion tops; blend just until combined. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 3/4 cup.
