Ranch Coleslaw Recipe
- 1/4 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3-3/4 cups coleslaw mix
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice. Place the coleslaw mix in a salad bowl; add the dressing and toss to coat. Yield: 4 servings.
3/4 cup: 147 calories, 14g fat (2g saturated fat), 5mg cholesterol, 173mg sodium, 5g carbohydrate (4g sugars, 1g fiber), 1g protein.
