- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato salad dressing
- Place spinach on a salad plate; top with the raisins, walnuts and cheese. Drizzle with dressing. Yield: 1 serving.
