Ingredients

  • 6 medium Rome or Golden Delicious apples
  • 6 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Nutritional Facts

1 each: 200 calories, 5g fat (trace saturated fat), 0mg cholesterol, 2mg sodium, 41g carbohydrate (33g sugars, 5g fiber), 3g protein

Directions

  1. Core apples; place in a greased 11-in. x 7-in. microwave-safe dish. Fill the center of each apple with walnuts and raisins. Drizzle with honey; sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4-1/2 minutes or until apples are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
