"Easy to make with things normally on hand. I, too, would use more watermelon and ice and less lemonade. (Maybe frozen watermelon?) Needed stronger watermelon flavor."

"Very refreshing and easy!"

"Excellent summer beverage! After I pureed the watermelon I ran it through a fine mesh strainer and removed the watermelon pulp. I served this as an adult beverage so did not mix all the ingredients together, but rather mixed a glass at a time. I used 2 frozen watermelon cubes, 1 ounce of watermelon vodka, 1 ounce of carbonated beverage ( ginger-ale or lemon-lime soda). 2 ounces of Simply Lemonade and then topped of the "rocks" glass with the watermelon juice. It was a winner with my guests!"

"In place of the lemonade I used a lemonade vodka and frozen watermelon in place of the ice. After blending it...not using 2 cups of vodka!! I added sparkling lemonade. I'm not sure if the watermelon I used just wasn't sweet enough but it sounded better than it tasted"

"Very good. I would add more watermelon. The kids loved it in hurricane glasses for the taste of the tropics.

A splash of tequila in a hurricane glass makes it a pleaser for the adults! Makes you feel like you want to be sippin' these in a hammock ...poolside."
