Quick Rice Pudding

This is a quick and simple dessert. You can make it fancy if you want to serve it to guests.—Betty Greene, Holland, Michigan

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup cold cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • Whipped topping
  • Maraschino cherries

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; beat for 1-2 minutes until
  • well blended. Stir in rice and raisins. Spoon pudding into
  • individual bowls. Chill. Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry.
  • Yield: 6 servings.
