Quick Rice Pudding Recipe
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup cold cooked rice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Whipped topping
- Maraschino cherries
- 1. In a bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; beat for 1-2 minutes until well blended. Stir in rice and raisins. Spoon pudding into individual bowls. Chill. Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry. Yield: 6 servings.
1 serving (1 cup) equals 181 calories, 3 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 11 mg cholesterol, 268 mg sodium, 36 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 4 g protein.
