This is a quick and simple dessert. You can make it fancy if you want to serve it to guests.—Betty Greene, Holland, Michigan
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup cold cooked rice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Whipped topping
- Maraschino cherries
- In a bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; beat for 1-2 minutes until well blended. Stir in rice and raisins. Spoon pudding into individual bowls. Chill. Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry. Yield: 6 servings.

"Not as good as real rice pudding, but really quick & easy...I use White Chocolate flavor pudding!!! Very good!!!"
