Quick Fruit Salad is a beautiful, refreshing side dish or dessert from Sue Call of Beech Grove, Indiana. "I's a great way to round out a summer meal!" Sue asserts.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 ounces) peach pie filling
  • 3 firm bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup seedless grapes

Directions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.

"This is wonderful for a fast fruit salad. I changed up the fruit, the grapes weren't looking too good at the store today, so I used apples. I also added in some mandarin oranges. Yum!"
