"This was an ok marinade, not alot of flavour left after it was barbequed. Perhaps it wpuld have been better in a frying pan. The meat really dried out."

"This is excellent on chicken or pork. I cut the garlic salt in half & replace the other half with garlic powder. I also use fresh oregano and parsley from the garden."

"Hubby went back for 2nds! I did substitue 1/4 tsp dry Italian seasoning for the parsley, bay leaf and oregano. Since I did not have garic salt I substtuted 1 tsp minced dry garlic.

I cooked mine in a browning bag in the oven . I poured the marinade over the chicken and it made a nice red gravy, great over mashed potatoes."

"This chicken was fantastic! The entire family loved it, including my picky two year old twins. I used chicken tenderloins as that was all I had and skipped the bay leaf as well since I was out. Grilling time obviously was different. Thanks for the recipe. I will be making this again, for sure!"
