Quick Creamy Garlic Dressing Recipe
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Serve over a tossed salad. Yield: 3 cups.
