Garlic lovers will savor this creamy dressing from Myra Innes of Auburn, Kansas. Just blend ingredients until smooth and serve over salad. "This delicious dressing is a little different than any others I've tried," remarks Myra.
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Serve over a tossed salad. Yield: 3 cups.
