Reviews for Quick Ambrosia Fruit Salad
"love this! so easy and pretty for our Easter dinner. Thanks!"
"A healthy version of Ambrosia. Very good, and simple to make. I exchanged the banana for a handful of macadamia nuts. More fattening, I know - but I like the crunch."
"I prepared this for dinner tonight and it was very good. Nothing fancy, just a refreshing fruit salad. It took minutes to prepare and popped it in the fridge for about an hour. It was delicious and perfect for a last minute salad. We will have this again. I highly recommend this recipe as a Volunteer Field Editor."
"I like the fact that this uses yogurt, Both my husband and I enjoyed the recipe"
"Delicious! I made it withut coconut cuz my kids won't eat it, but next time I am going to divide it in two and make on with and one without. I don't like fruit cocktail, so I used chopped cantalope and watermelon instead. I will add strawberries, too, next time. A big hit!"
"I don't like fruit cocktail, I used fresh strawberries instead."
"I varied it by adding apples, dried cranberries and pecans. It's really simple and delicious. I for a church luncheon and everyone loved it. received a lot of comments on it."
"This was very simple and very good! My family eats it up every time I make it. It has become a staple in our house. I omit the fruit cocktail (not a fan of the stuff) and add apples and whatever fresh fruit I may have on hand. Wonderful!"
