- 12 ounces (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat; boil and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Yield: 2-1/4 cups.
