- 1 cup orange juice
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Black licorice twists, optional
- In batches, place the first seven ingredients in a blender. Cover and process 20-30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately with licorice stirrers if desired. Yield: 6 servings.
