- If you're grilling, cook a couple extra chicken breasts to make sandwiches or cut up for a salad.
- Place cooked chicken breast on a bun and top with chili sauce, sour cream and a squeeze of lime.
- Marinate chicken breasts in a resealable bag with Italian dressing for 2 to 4 hours. Remove from bag, discard dressing and bake.
- Place 2 chicken breasts in a pan, cover with half a can of cream of chicken soup and ¼ cup milk, sprinkle with a little onion soup mix and bake.
