Bake, Slice & Freeze!

Who knew homemade bread could be easy and convenient!?

I enjoy experimenting with recipes for my bread machine. I always use a whole-grain recipe, then add ground walnuts, almonds or pistachios, and sunflower kernels, flax seeds and/or sesame seeds. We can't eat an entire full-size loaf, so I slice it and freeze the slices in resealable plastic bags with waxed paper between the slices so they don't stick together. —Maxine Slater, Clayton GA
