- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon jellied cranberry sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices cooked pork (2 ounces each)
- In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and orange juice until smooth. Stir in the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add pork; heat through. Yield: 4 servings.
