- 3 pounds pork spareribs
- 2 cans (28 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- Place ribs in a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with a slotted spoon. Yield: 6 servings.

My husband is picky about ribs. I went to make this and found out I didn't have all of the ingredients needed so I improvised and used the following. He loved them! 4lbs. ribs, 18 oz, BBQ sauce, 3 1/2 - 4 cups spaghetti sauce, 1/4 mounded cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup apple vinegar and 2 Tbsp. Honey. Hope you find this helpful.
My 17 year old son loves BBQ ribs. This recipe was easy enough for him to make without help from me. Plus this tastes amazing!

Oh My Goodness. This was absolutely fantastic. There were no leftovers at all. I am going to try and make this with boneless ribs next time (just so there is more for us to eat).
