Pork Chops with Honey-Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

  • 1. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Remove and keep warm.
  • 2. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, honey, soy sauce and garlic; add to pan. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with chops. Yield: 4 servings.

"I just made this recipe last night and I thought it was delicious. However, like with all taste of home recipes I made a few changes. I used kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to seasoned the pork chops. I also added hot red pepper flakes to the sauce to give it a kick. This is a good base recipe like with most of taste of home recipes you always have to add extra spices."
